I grew up in a middle class family in Mumbai, and from early on I understood what it meant to work hard for stability. My father made sure I had access to a good education, and that opportunity is something I have never taken for granted. It shaped how I think about building something of my own: not just for the sake of building it, but because I wanted to create real independence, for my family and for myself.
Why I’m building nsquareai.
Everyone was building chatbots.
I started nsquareai because I noticed a gap that most people talking about “AI for business” were missing. Everyone was automating one task at a time. But businesses don’t run on single tasks. They run on hundreds of small decisions, handoffs, and pieces of judgment happening every day across every department, often invisible to the person at the top.
I wanted to build something bigger than another automation tool. I wanted to help businesses build systems that connect all of it, built around how the whole business runs, the way a great operator understands it, and that help it move faster without losing the human judgment at the center of it.
That is what nsquareai is.
We build systems that fit how you work.
Each one is built around one business, and connected to the tools that business already runs on.
Systems
A system takes over a piece of routine work. It reads what comes in, keeps one record, works out what needs to happen next, and does it. Where a decision matters, a person approves it first.
Your AI system
- Excel
- Your software
- QuickBooks
- Tally
Integration
It works inside the software you already run, such as email, WhatsApp, Excel, Tally and QuickBooks. Information moves between them by itself, and your team keeps working the way it does today.
The next layer of every business.
AI is becoming something that runs underneath a business, keeping every part connected.
This is where business technology is heading. The businesses that set it up early will move faster, catch problems sooner, and free their best people for the decisions that need a person.
We build it one business at a time, around how that business actually works.
Why this matters to me.
This is not just a business idea I picked because it looked promising. I believe AI is entering a phase where it stops being a feature and starts being the backbone of how a business runs. I want to be one of the people who helps build that backbone thoughtfully, in a way that strengthens the humans inside a business rather than sidelining them.
My goal is to build nsquareai into something real and lasting. Not just a service I run alone, but eventually a team, a track record, and a body of work I am proud of. I want to help businesses that may not have the knowledge or resources to explore AI on their own see what is actually possible, and I want to do it with the same care and attention to detail that I would want if it were my own business on the line.
